Affiliate programme

Refer a shop.
Keep their whole first payment.

Then 5% of every payment after it, for as long as they stay. A shop on Starter pays RM25 a month — so the first one is RM25 in your pocket, and RM1.25 a month after that without doing anything again.

  • No clawbacks, ever

One conversation. That is the job. A Malay affiliate in a blazer talking with a home baker in an office lobby, the baker holding a stack of pink cake boxes she has just delivered.

You do not need a big following.

Some of our best affiliates have a few hundred followers and a lot of shop owners in their phone. One person who runs a WhatsApp group of home bakers will out-earn an account with fifty thousand strangers, every time.

If you are starting from nothing, apply anyway. We send you the course before your link, and the course is the part that matters.

Starting from zero

Nobody starts with thirty shops.
They start with one.

Here is what a first year looks like if you sign up two or three shops a month and they stay. It is arithmetic on our real prices, not a promise — but it is the shape of the thing.

  1. Month 1 1 shop

The cafe you already go to. You showed the owner on your phone while you waited for your coffee.

    RM25 that month
  2. Month 3 6 shops

You walked one shoplot row and messaged a dozen owners you follow. Four said no, two said yes, and one came back three weeks later.

    RM131 so far
  3. Month 6 15 shops

You know the pitch now. One shop told two others. The monthly share from the earlier ones arrives whether you work that month or not.

    RM498 so far
  4. Month 12 32 shops

Two have moved up to Unlimited. Three have left. The rest are still paying, and about RM40 a month now arrives for work you did last year.

    RM1,340 over the year

Worked from RM25 a month on Starter, your whole first payment, 5% of every payment after, and 15% once on an upgrade — with three shops leaving along the way, because some will. Not a forecast, not a typical result, and not anybody's actual earnings. Move the sliders below to put your own numbers in.

Where it goes Eight Malaysian affiliates standing together on a rooftop terrace at dusk, laughing, with the Kuala Lumpur skyline lit behind them.
The affiliates, not the spreadsheet Malay, Chinese and Indian, across six states, most of them doing this alongside something else.

Three ways it pays. All of them automatic.

You do the introduction once. The rest arrives on its own.

100%

of their first payment

A shop on Starter pays RM25, so you get RM25. Three branches means Unlimited at RM75 plus two more at RM15 — they pay RM105, so you get RM105. We keep nothing of it.

5%

of every month after

RM1.25 a month from each Starter shop, for as long as they stay. Small alone. Thirty shops is RM37.50 a month for work you did last year.

15%

once, if they move up

A shop that grows onto Unlimited at RM75 earns you RM11.25 on top, and the 5% carries on at the higher price.

What would that be worth to you?

Move the sliders. These are our real prices, not an example — the only guess is how many shops you sign up.

Over however long it takes you.
The rest are on Starter at RM25.
Our shops average well over a year.
First paymentsRM250
Monthly shareRM225
Over those 18 months RM475 about RM26 a month, on average

An illustration, not a promise. It assumes every shop keeps paying for the whole period — some will not, and a shop that leaves before its second payment earns nothing. The terms say exactly how that works.

How it works

Four steps, and
three of them are ours.

You do the first one. We do the rest, and tell you when money has moved.

An affiliate in a denim jacket and headscarf showing her phone to a night-market stall owner across his griddle, both of them looking at the screen.
Step 1 of 4

You send your link

A message, a video, a conversation over a counter. However you like — and the same link works everywhere.

The rule that matters

We never take money back off you.

Most programmes pay you on day one and claw it back if the customer leaves in month two. You can end a month owing them money.

We do it the other way round. Your commission waits until the shop makes its next payment, and then it is yours for good. No clawback, no negative balance, no month where you owe us anything.

The trade is that you wait about a month. What you get for waiting is the entire first payment instead of the 20% most programmes offer.

Earnings
Owed to you RM58.00 confirmed and yours
Waiting RM39.00 until the shop pays again
  • Nasi Lemak Mak Cik Rose paid again 14 Oct RM29.00 owed to you
  • Thread & Needle Tailor renews 2 Nov RM39.00 waiting
  • Gerai Kuih Kak Ni paid again 3 Oct RM29.00 owed to you

Once a row says owed to you, it never goes back.

You are not doing this alone

We are building a network,
not a list of links.

Most affiliate programmes hand you a link and a login and that is the last you hear from them. Everybody works alone, nobody learns anything from anybody, and the people who would have been good at it quietly stop. We would rather have fifty affiliates who talk to each other than five hundred who do not.

We work remotely, and we meet

Everything runs from your phone, but we get together in person — and the useful half of those evenings is never the agenda.

Your ideas go somewhere

Several of the lessons in the course came from affiliates telling us what actually worked. Find something that works and we will write it up, with your name on it.

It is not all business talk

A group chat where somebody asks how to word a message to a shop owner, and three people answer, is worth more than any dashboard.

Where this is heading

Referring is the first step,
not the whole plan.

Right now the job is simple and so is the pay: introduce a shop, keep their first payment, earn a share of every one after it. That is phase one, and it is deliberately easy to start.

Now Refer and earn

We build the network. You grow by introducing shops, and we both learn what actually works in this market.

Next A community that helps shops grow

The same network, pointed at a bigger job: helping the businesses you introduced actually get better at keeping customers — and being paid for that too.

We are honest that the second part is not built yet. The people who join now are the ones who will have shaped it by the time it is.

What you get on day one

More than a link and good luck.

A course that is actually about the job

Nine lessons: which shops say yes and which never will, the pitch word for word, the five objections you will hear and what to say back, and a two-week plan for your first ten shops. Written for Malaysia.

Numbers that tell you what works

A link per channel, so your reports show whether TikTok or your DMs are bringing the signups. Most people are surprised.

Every renewal date

You see each shop's plan and when it renews, so you know when money is coming and which shop has gone quiet. You never see their customers.

Who you would be talking to

Any shop where somebody
comes back.

You are not selling software. You are telling a shop owner there is a version of the paper card they already use that does not get lost.

People who serve small shops

Bookkeepers, POS resellers, signage printers, suppliers. You already have the conversation — this is one more thing to say in it.

Shop owners themselves

You use it, you can show it on your own counter, and you know twenty other owners. That is the shortest route there is.

Anyone with a local audience

Small business content, food, local guides. It does not need to be big — it needs to be people who own or work in a shop.

How you join

A person reads every application. Usually two or three days.

1

Fill in the form

About five minutes. Who you are, where you post, and how you would find shops. Your mobile number, so we can reach you.

2

Five quick questions

A short knowledge check. There is no pass mark — it tells us where to start with you, and "I'm not sure" is a real answer that costs you nothing.

3

You go on the waiting list

We read applications in the order they arrive and email you either way. No chasing, no silence.

4

Approved — here is your link

Your dashboard, the course, and your link. Nothing to pay, ever.

Soalan

Does it cost anything to join?

No. It is free to apply and free to stay. There is nothing to buy and no tier you can pay to reach.

I have almost no followers. Should I bother?

Yes. Who you know matters far more than how many follow you. If you can walk into five shops where they know your face, you are in a better position than most accounts with 50,000 followers. Say so on the form and we will send you the course first.

When do I actually get paid?

Once you are owed RM50 or more you ask for it from your dashboard and we send it by bank transfer. Below RM50 it rolls over — a transfer of a few ringgit costs more to send than it is worth.

What if a shop I referred cancels?

Anything already confirmed stays yours. Anything still waiting on their next payment is cancelled. We never take money back off you.

Can I see the shops' customers?

No, and nothing in your account can reach that data. You see a shop's name, town, plan and renewal date — enough to look after the renewal, which is the job. Shop owners trust us with their customers' numbers, and that only works if nobody outside the shop can see them.

Why is there a waiting list?

Because a person reads every application. We would rather take three days and send you the right help than approve everybody in a second and leave you to work it out.

Can I run ads?

Yes, except on our own name — you may not bid on "Loyalty Cards" or close variations in search ads. Everything else is fair game as long as the price and the trial are stated correctly.
