Terma Afiliat

In force from 17 October 2026 · version 2026-10-1

This is the agreement for affiliates, not for shops. If you are a business using Loyalty Cards to run a stamp card, the agreement you are looking for is the Terms of Service.

You are an independent person or business introducing shops to us. You are not our employee, our agent or our partner in law, and nothing here makes you one. You cannot sign anything on our behalf or make promises we then have to keep.

1. Who this is between

These terms are between you — the person or business named on the affiliate account — and Aivolux Technologies (Business Registration No. JM1051832-K), Malaysia, which operates Loyalty Cards and pays the commission. "We", "us" and "our" mean Aivolux Technologies. "You" and "your" mean the affiliate.

You must be at least 18. If you are applying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to agree to this on its behalf.

2. Applying, and the waiting list

Anybody may apply. Every application goes onto a waiting list and is read by a person before anything is approved. We may approve or refuse an application for any reason, and we will tell you which.

You do not need a large following to be accepted. We do need to understand where you would be talking about us and to whom.

The questions on the application form, including the five knowledge questions, are there so we can decide what help to give you. There is no pass mark and a low score is not a refusal.

Everything you tell us on that form must be true. An application that misrepresents who you are or what you reach may be refused, and an account opened on that basis may be closed with unpaid commission withheld.

3. What you earn

For each shop you introduce that becomes a paying customer:

  • 100% of their first payment. If the shop pays RM25, you earn RM25.
  • 5% of every payment after that, for as long as they keep paying.
  • 15% once, of the first payment at the higher price, if they move up to Unlimited.

Commission is calculated on the amount the shop actually pays us, excluding any tax, and after any discount they received.

These rates are the rates in force on the day a payment is made. We may change them for the future — see section 12 — but a change never reduces commission you have already earned.

4. When commission is confirmed — and when it is not

Nothing is confirmed until the shop makes its next payment. This is the single most important rule of the programme and it works in your favour: because we wait, we never take money back off you.

Commission sits as waiting from the moment it is earned. When the shop pays again, it becomes confirmed and is yours. There is no clawback, no negative balance and no month in which you owe us anything.

If the shop cancels, stops paying, or is refunded before that next payment, the waiting commission is cancelled. Anything already confirmed stays yours.

If a payment is reversed, charged back or refunded after a commission has been confirmed, we may cancel that commission and deduct it from your next payout. We will tell you when we do.

5. How a referral is tracked

Your link sets a marker in the visitor's browser that lasts 60 days. If they sign up within that time, the shop is credited to you.

Where more than one affiliate link has been used, the most recent one is credited. A business that already has an account with us cannot be referred.

Tracking depends on the visitor's browser. If they clear their data, use a different device, or block cookies, the referral may not be recorded. We cannot credit a referral our systems did not record, and our records are what determine what is owed.

6. Getting paid

Once you are owed RM50 or more in confirmed commission you can request a withdrawal from your dashboard. Below that, the balance rolls over — it is not lost.

We pay by bank transfer to the account on your profile. The name on that account must match your own or your company's. We are not responsible for a payment that fails or is misdirected because the details you gave us were wrong.

We aim to send approved withdrawals within 14 days of the request. One request may be open at a time.

We may hold a payout while we investigate a suspected breach of section 8, and we will tell you that we are doing so.

7. Tax is yours

What you earn here is your income. You are responsible for declaring it and for any tax due on it, including anything owed to LHDN. We do not deduct tax and we do not give tax advice.

If you are registered for SST or any similar tax, tell us — the arrangement may need to account for it.

8. What you must not do

These are the things that end an affiliate account. Most of them exist because they damage the shops we are both trying to help.

  • No spam. No unsolicited bulk email, SMS, WhatsApp blasts or DMs to people who have not asked to hear from you. Follow the law that applies to you, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 where it does.
  • No fake or self-referrals. You may not refer yourself, a business you own or control, an account you created, or anybody acting on your behalf to generate commission.
  • No bidding on our name. You may not buy search advertising on "Loyalty Cards", "loyaltycards.click" or close variations, or use them in a display URL.
  • No pretending to be us. You may not present yourself as Loyalty Cards, use an email address or site that implies you are us, or register a domain, social handle or app that could be mistaken for ours.
  • No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden iframes, redirects, browser extensions, or anything else that sets a referral marker without the person deciding to click.
  • No misleading claims. You may not invent features, invent prices, promise outcomes we have not promised, or imply a shop will earn a specific amount.
  • No coupon, cashback or deal sites without our written agreement.
  • No trademark or copyright infringement, and nothing unlawful, offensive, or aimed at children.

9. What you may say about us

You may use our name, logo and screenshots to promote us honestly, in the form we publish them. You may not alter the logo or build a lockup that suggests a partnership we do not have.

State the price correctly. A shop that discovers the real price after signing up cancels, and your commission goes with them. Tell them what the free trial is and what it costs afterwards.

Where the law or a platform requires you to disclose a commercial relationship — and on most social platforms it does — you must do so clearly.

This licence lasts only as long as your account does.

10. What you can and cannot see

Your dashboard shows, for each shop you introduced: its name and town, which plan it is on, when it next renews, whether it is cancelling, and what you have earned from it. That is so you can look after a renewal.

You will never see a shop's customers, their stamps, their cards, their contact details, or any shop you did not introduce. Nothing in your account can reach that information.

What you do see about a shop is given to you in confidence for the purpose of your own affiliate activity. You may not sell it, publish it or pass it on.

11. Pausing and ending it

You may close your affiliate account at any time by telling us. We will pay any confirmed commission at the next payout run, subject to the RM50 minimum.

We may pause or close your account if you breach these terms, if we believe commission is being generated dishonestly, or on 30 days' notice for any other reason.

If we close your account for a breach of section 8, we may withhold unpaid commission connected to that breach. Confirmed commission unconnected to it will still be paid.

When an account ends, future recurring commission stops. Your link stops working.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. If a change materially affects what you earn or how you are paid, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you can close your account before then if you do not accept it.

Every version carries a version number, and the version you agreed to is recorded against your account with the date you agreed to it.

13. Our liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of expected commission, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the commission we paid you in that period.

We do not guarantee any level of earnings. Any figure shown in a calculator, an example or a case study is an illustration, not a forecast and not a promise.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.

If something has gone wrong, write to biz@loyaltycards.click first. Most of it is a misunderstanding about a date, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
