Put your QR on the counter
We generate a poster with your logo on it. Print it, stand it next to the till, done.
Customers scan a QR at your counter and join in seconds. You tap once to stamp. No app to download, nothing to print, and nothing left in someone's other wallet.
No app to download · No credit card to start · RM49/month when you're ready
Show this card in store to collect a stamp on each visit.
Bookmark this page or save the QR — it's your card.
Stamps missing, or lost your card? Kiln Coffee House can sort it out.
This is what your customer sees — in your colours, with your logo.
Click. Collect. Reward.
The whole point is that nothing changes at the counter on a busy evening.
We generate a poster with your logo on it. Print it, stand it next to the till, done.
They scan, type their name, and their card exists. No app, no account, no password — the same habit as scanning to pay.
Find them, tap, finished. When the card fills, the reward appears and you tap again to claim it.
The whole product, in one gesture
Not a demo video. This is the interaction, at the speed it happens at the counter.
Search by name at the counter
No App Store. No Play Store.
Loyalty Cards is a progressive web app. Your staff add it to the home screen in three taps and it opens full screen with no address bar — but there's nothing to download, nothing to approve, and nothing to keep updated.
Your customers scan a QR and their card opens. Asking someone to install an app for one coffee shop is where most loyalty programmes lose them.
Every improvement is live the next time anyone opens it. No version numbers, no staff running an old build, no "update the app first".
iPhone, Android, the old tablet by the till, a laptop in the back office — one address, no separate versions to maintain.
Stamps are saved on the device and sync when you're back online, so a bad connection never holds up the queue.

Six ready-made designs
Chosen in the first step of setup and changeable any time — switching layout never touches a single customer's stamps.
ClassicLogo left, stamps centred.
CentreStacked and symmetrical.
SplitIdentity left, card right.
MinimalQuiet, typographic, no ornament.
BoldThe shop name carries it.
TicketA perforated stub, torn at the counter.
Every one of these is the same card — only your logo, colours and layout differ. Design yours free →
A customer's stamps belong to your business, not to the branch that gave them. They collect wherever they happen to be and claim wherever they happen to be — and you can still see exactly which outlet served them.
Add an outlet for RM29 a month. Nothing else changes: same card, same balance, same customers.
See what that costsYour logo, your colours, and your own mark used as the stamp itself. Pick one of six card layouts when you set up, and change it later without touching a single customer's balance.
Customers never see our name on their card. That is the whole idea — the loyalty belongs to you.
Design yours freeWhat you get
Your logo, your colours, and your own mark used as the stamp itself. Customers see your shop, not our software.
Collect at your Bangsar branch, claim it in Cheras. Add outlets for RM29 each and customers move freely between them.
Scan and join. Your staff never type a name or a phone number during a rush — which is why programmes usually die.
Automatic reminders when a customer is close to a reward, and when it's ready to claim. This is what brings them back.
Repeat rate, redemption rate, quiet customers, and which outlet is busiest. Things a paper card could never tell you.
Not a marketplace. We don't take a cut of your sales, we don't market to your customers, and we never sell your list.
A loyalty programme fails at the counter, not on the spreadsheet.
If your staff have to type a phone number during a Saturday rush, they will stop offering it by the second week. So they never type anything.
This launched recently, and I'd rather have twenty shops using it properly than two hundred who signed up and never printed the poster.
The honest answers
Every one of these is a reason shops give for not bothering. They're fair.
Fifteen minutes, once. Name, colours, pick a reward, print the poster. You can do it between the lunch and dinner rush and never open it again except to stamp.
They never type a customer's details — the customer enrols themselves by scanning. Staff search a name and tap once. If it were slower than that it wouldn't survive a Saturday, which is why most loyalty programmes quietly die.
MySejahtera taught the whole country to scan a QR. There's no app, no account and no password — the card opens in the browser, same as scanning to pay.
It is. One returning customer a week at RM15 covers it. If it doesn't do that, cancel it yourself in two clicks — no notice, no phone call, nothing is deleted.
It stays yours. We don't market to your customers, don't sell data and don't take a cut of your sales. That's the difference between this and a marketplace.
Support is inside the app and comes straight to us — no ticket portal, no bot. You can also just reply to any email we send you.

Questions
No. They scan the QR and their card opens in the browser — the same as scanning DuitNow. They can bookmark it or save the QR. Nothing to install, no account, no password.
That's the one that matters. Staff never type a customer's details — the customer enrols themselves by scanning. Your staff search a name and tap once. If it were any slower than that, it wouldn't survive a Saturday.
Nothing is deleted. Your customers and their stamps stay exactly where they are. You drop back to the free limits — you can still stamp, but you can't claim rewards or go past five customers until you subscribe again.
Yes, and that's the point of adding outlets. One card, one balance, valid everywhere you operate. You can still see which outlet gave each stamp.
Card, through Stripe. You can update your card or cancel yourself at any time — no email, no phone call, no notice period.
Your list is yours. We don't market to your customers, we don't sell data, and we don't take a commission on your sales. Customers give marketing consent when they join, and you can delete any record on request.
Add your logo, pick your reward, print the QR. Most shops are taking their first stamp within fifteen minutes.
